Holidays and special events require 2-3 night minimums and are subjected to weekend regular rates or packages. Special Events, house bookings, and Weddings cancellation policies are subjected to total amount of the reservation unless other wise stated within an executed booking contract. Our rooms sleep two people, as there is one bed in each room and seating areas. Our couches are meant to sit on not sleep on. We do have roll-a-ways, and some of our rooms adjoin for parties of four or families where the parents desire a little romance..

Cancellations must be in writing 14 days prior to the scheduled reservation or will be subjected to total amount of the resevation. Cancellations 14 day prior to the reservation date will be subjected to a Fifty-dollar administrative cancellation fee charged to the credit card reserving the room. Our Rates change with the Seasons.
HOUSE POLICIES
We accept all major credit cards. Tax is not included in above rates. Rates are subject to change without notice during Holidays and Special Events are subjected to 2 & 3 night minimums considered package price. We are a specialty Boutique Inn & Restaurant with all our rooms unique; so all bookings are final sales. If there are “upgraded” accommodations available, you may elect to “up grade”, but will be subjected to the price increase if applicable. Food is not included unless inclusive packages have been purchased.
We do allow small dogs under 25 lbs. Pet waivers must be signed with deposit. No guests with pets will be allowed to stay unless it has been cleared at the time of booking their reservation, no refunds for guests who have not cleared their animals. Only one dog per room is allowed. Animals are to be left in pet crates when left alone and barking dogs and their owners will be asked to leave without a refund.
