HOUSE POLICIES
All rooms are equipped with DSL ports & mini refrigerators
for your convenience.
We accept all major credit cards. Tax is not included in above
rates. Rates are subject to change without notice during Holidays
and Special Events with 2&3 night minimums. We are a specialty
Boutique Inn & Restaurant with all our rooms unique; so
all bookings are final sales. If there are “upgraded” accommodations
available, you may elect to “up grade”, but will
be subjected to the price increase if applicable. Food is not
included unless inclusive packages have been purchased.
Cancellations must be in writing 14 days prior to the scheduled
reservation & accompanied by a “cancellation conformation
number” to receive a gift card for the replacement future
bookings. Fifty-dollar administrative cancellation fee will
be applied to all cancellations.
